mr. song was appointed as the chairman in august 2018. mr. song is also the executive director and vice chairman of china resources medical holdings company limited. he once served as director and president of china resources sanjiu medical & pharmaceutical co., ltd., executive director of china resources pharmaceutical group limited and southern pharmaceuticals and sanjiu group. with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from anhui college of traditional chinese medicine, he officially joined cr in 2007.

mr. yu was appointed as vice chairman and senior vice general manager of cr healthcare in january 2020. mr. yu is also the chairman and general manager of china resources liaoning health industry investment group co., ltd. he was once a vice mayor and a member of the party committee of the people's government of benxi city, liaoning province. he also worked in science and technology department of liaoning provincial. with a doctor's degree in pharmaceutical management of shenyang pharmaceutical university, he officially joined cr in 2019.

mr. shan was appointed as the deputy general manager of cr healthcare in november 2016.he once served as deputy general manager of phoenix healthcare group and worked for shenyang northeast general pharmaceutical factory, northeast pharmaceutical group co., ltd., china food and drug administration, and the drug safety assessment center of china food and drug administration. with a master’s degree in business administration at renmin university of china and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at wuhan university, he officially joined cr in 2016.

mr. zhang was appointed as the assistant general manager of cr healthcare in august 2014. he once served as the assistant director of the board of directors office and general manager's secretary at cr healthcare, assistant general manager of human resources and administration department at china resources pharmaceutical group limited, and director of operation department at china resources petrochemical investment &development co., ltd. with a bachelor’s degree in mechatronic engineering at beijing institute of petrochemical technology, he officially joined cr in 2000.

mr. liu was appointed as the assistant general manager of cr healthcare in november 2016. he once served as  general manager of financial department of cr healthcare, secretary of party committee and vice president of cr guangdong sanjiu brain hospital, and director of financial department of guangdong 999 brain hospital. he holds a master’s degree in hospital management at flinders university in australia and a bachelor’s degree in economics at jiangxi university of finance and economics. as a chinese certified public accountant and a chinese senior accountant, he officially joined cr in 2008.
